Warranty Terms

Featherlite Products are warranted in accordance with the Featherlite Products Warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of final installation, commissioning of the ordered products to the original End User and is non-transferable. End User meaning the final purchaser acquiring the products from Featherlite for own use and not for resale, re-marketing or distribution.

A product will not be considered to be defective, and Featherlite will not repair, or replace it if the product (1) is not installed and used as recommended in Featherlite written specification, installation, care, maintenance and user guides; (2) has been otherwise misused or suffered abusive damage. At all times the Covered Product must have been located in the building as specified by the original billing document that is (i) dry, fully closed-in and protected from natural elements, calamities.

A defect to the material or workmanship does not include, damage to a product, or failure of a product to operate or perform properly, caused by (a) normal wear and tear; (b) An act of God; (c) a product alteration made without Featherlite expressed written authorization; (d) the natural variation of colour or fraying of fabrics, grain or texture found in wood, fabric and leather; (e) the natural aging found in materials such as wood, fabric, and leather which results in colours shifting during use; (f) dye lot variations in fabric, leather or partition covering; (g) reverse crocking of dyes from clothing onto our seating materials.
