As a Senior Graphic Designer at Featherlite, you will be responsible for driving the visual identity and creative execution across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to create impactful designs that communicate the brand’s values, enhance our market position, and captivate our target audience in the corporate furniture and interiors sector. Your role will involve designing for both digital and print mediums, ensuring that every visual element aligns with our premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy

Develop and execute compelling design concepts that align with Featherlite’s brand identity and marketing goals for the corporate furniture and interiors market.

Branding

Ensure consistency in Featherlite’s visual identity across all touchpoints including digital campaigns, website, social media, email marketing, brochures, presentations, and in-store displays.

Print and Digital Design

Create designs for a variety of materials such as product catalogs, brochures, banners, corporate presentations, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements.

Collaborative Projects

Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand the project requirements, providing innovative solutions that support Featherlite’s business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.

Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the corporate or B2B sectors.

Design Software Expertise

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as well as experience with tools like CorelDRAW, Figma, or Sketch for web design.
